• Take PA 376 (Parkway East) either from Pittsburgh or from the Pittsburgh/Monroeville Interchange (Exit #57) of the PA Turnpike (PA 76)
  
• Exit PA 376 at Penn Hills (Exit #11)[1]. Follow Rodi Road (791N) to Frankstown Road (380E).
  
• Turn right onto Frankstown [2]and follow the Yellow Belt signs for 2.5 miles as Frankstown becomes Hulton Road [3]and you reach a three-way "Y" stop.
  
• Turn left onto Indiana Road [4]and follow for .4 miles.
  
• At the top of the hill, the Springwood entrance [5](1000 Indiana Road) is on the right marked by a wooden split-rail fence and stone pillars.
