Wedding ceremony & reception
Wedding ceremonies are frequently held onsite at one of three outdoor ceremony sites (April 15 - November 15) or in Springwood's Glass Atrium (November 16 - April 14). When a ceremony is held outdoors, there is also the security of Springwood's majestic 30' x 40' tented patio (April 15 - November 15) as a rain plan. As part of the wedding ceremony package, Springwood also provides a room for the bride to slip into her wedding gown and enjoy the final moments before the ceremony begins with mothers and bridesmaids. Although the groom and groomsmen arrive already dressed, they too have a designated room in which they can relax before the ceremony and get help pinning on their boutonnieres. No alcohol is permitted in these rooms prior to or during the event.

**Bar Service
Springwood's bar service consists of non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, mixers, juices and ice. The client provides all alcoholic beverages served by Springwood's bartenders. Bartenders must be provided by Springwood; client is not permitted to provide bartenders. No shots are served from the bar at any time and alcoholic favors are not permitted. SERVICE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALWAYS ENDS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE END OF THE EVENT. Springwood reserves the right to limit the alcohol consumption of any guest at any time.
***Music
Because Springwood has speakers throughout the manor as well as on the grounds at all ceremony sites and on the rear deck, music is also part of Springwood's packages. Ceremony music can be selected from CDs or from the Clavinova piano disks which can be played in piano, harp, orchestra strings or a variety of other instruments. Because of our unique setting, Springwood handles the music for ceremonies, the cocktail hour and dinner; the client selects a DJ or band to handle announcements and dancing. The DJ or person selected to announce the couple and/or wedding party may use Springwood's wireless microphone in order to be heard at all locations, both indoors and outdoors.

Fees for weekend events and weekday rates for business meetings are based on group size and services requested.

To reserve the date of an event, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required ($1,000 for weddings receptions). One-fourth of the base cost is due NINE MONTHS prior to the event date; one-half of the base cost is due SIX MONTHS prior to the event date. A final count of guests is due three weeks prior to the event and full payment is due two weeks prior to the event date, unless credit has been previously established for your group. Checks are payable to "Springwood Conference Center."
All prices are subject to a twenty percent service fee as well as applicable state and county sales tax. All payments are NONREFUNDABLE upon receipt. Damaged or missing property of Springwood will be billed at replacement costs.
