Seasonal lighted trees and pine garland on Manor mantels and Atrium balcony
All receptions include:
On-site event manager
Access to entire facility: Manor House, Atrium, Dance Floor, Pavilion, Rear Deck and Manor Grounds—
NO FACILITY FEE with a minimum of 100 guests
On-site chef and wait staff
Full catering menu (upgrades available)
Round dinner tables and padded Chivari chairs
Floor-length linens, in-stock overlays and napkins (upgrades available)
Place settings: china, flatware, water goblets, stemware (upgrades available)
Sound system & background music throughout the Manor and grounds—cocktail hour and/or dinner
Bar Service: bartenders, glassware, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes, beverage napkins, ice and other bar accoutrements (no corking fee)
Cake cutting (no cake-cutting fee)
Framed guest table numbers, easels, birdcage cardholders
Other tables: DJ table w linen, gift table, cake table w linen, and the infamous Pittsburgh cookie table w linen
Free parking
You provide:

DJ or band
Alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, champagne, etc.) Shots and energy drinks not permitted.
Dessert (no cake-cutting fee)
Floral Services
You may work with our florist or your own to create centerpieces and other desired arrangements. Please see details on Flowers & Decorations page.
Ceremonies
Spring-Summer-Fall
Choice of three outdoor ceremony locations: Gazebo, Stone Patio, or Garden Square when reception is held at the MANOR
Rain plan: Vaulted-ceiling Pavilion
White, wooden, padded chairs
Winter
Ceremony in Glass Atrium or glass-enclosed Pavilion, with lighted tree backdrop
Pine garland on Manor mantels and Atrium balcony
Chiavari chairs
All ceremonies include:
Site selection
Chairs (style dependent on location)
Table with linen for unity candle, sand ceremony, etc
Music: prelude, processional/recessional, and postlude
Ceremony music of your choice played through central sound system
Wireless, handheld microphone and stand
Pre-ceremony rooms for preparation one hour prior to ceremony (hair and makeup must be done before arrival)
Rehearsal (ceremony walk through)
Ceremony coordination
Post-ceremony photo time (1 hour)
Total time on grounds day of event for ceremony only: 2.5 hours
Floral Services
You may work with our florist or your own for bouquets, boutonnieres and other floral arrangements. Any decorations desired on existing structures, such as gazebo, pergola, deck railings must be provided and placed by Springwood’s florist. Please see details on Flowers & Decorations page.
