Villa at Springwood Packages

The Villa at Springwood is a gorgeous outdoor venue with a tented area (spring through fall), spectacular waterfalls, covered bridge, outdoor pool, spacious lawns, and towering evergreen and maple trees on nine of Springwood's seventy acres of rolling Penn Hills. Events range from elegant wedding ceremonies and/or receptions and rehearsal dinners to more casual poolside barbecues, a Sunday brunch, . . .or a scrumptious pig roast. The Villa is also a great place for a corporate picnic or after-work mixers.

In addition to private and corporate events, overnight accommodations are also available for up to six guests at the Villa—monthly, weekly, or daily (two-night minimum).

Outdoor Ceremonies

Outdoor wedding ceremonies are typically held at the bottom of Maple Ridge Falls with its 55’ drop waterfall, or on the Villa Green. Tented area is used as a rain plan.

 
 
 

All ceremonies include:

  • Padded white folding chairs

  • Small table with linen for unity candle, sand ceremony, etc

  • Handheld microphone and stand

  • Pre-ceremony rooms for preparation one hour prior to ceremony (hair and makeup must be done before arrival)

  • Rehearsal time

  • Post-ceremony photo time

  • Event coordinator

  • Music coordinator

  • Total time on grounds day of event: 2.5 hours

Floral Services

You may work with our florist or bring your own for bouquets, boutonnieres and other floral arrangements. Any decorations desired on existing structures, such as lower waterfall wooden trellis or the Villa Dome must be created and installed by Springwood’s florist.   • Access to Villa grounds and waterfalls

  • On-site event manager, chef and wait staff

  • Customized catering menu

  • Round dinner tables and white wooden and padded chairs

  • In-stock overlays and napkins (upgrades available)

  • Place settings: china or plastic, flatware, stemware (acrylic stemware available for poolside)

  • Sound system & background music cocktail hour or dinner

  • Bar: bartenders, acrylic stemware, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes, beverage napkins, ice and other bar accoutrements (no corking fee)

  • Cake cutting (no cake cutting fee)

  • Framed guest table numbers

  • Other tables with linen: DJ table, gift table, cake table

  • Free parking

  • DJ or band

  • Alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, champagne, etc.) Shots and energy drinks not permitted.

  • Dessert (no cake cutting fee)
